A wave is a change that propagates through space and time, with a transference of energy from its source.  And the Lord propagates His energy to His people through space and time.  For the Levites were called on to be a wave offering for the tabernacle of God.  And now we as children of the Lamb and the Spirit are called on to be a wave offering for God.

There are three principal forms of waves: waves that are produced by water in the seas,waves that are produced in the air known as sound, and waves that are produced electromagnetically which is light . And on the first day, God was water, air and light. "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was moving over the surface of the waters . Then God said, 'Let there be light '; and there was light. God saw that the light was good; and God separated the light from the darkness. God called the light day, and the darkness He called night. And there was evening and there was morning, one day." (Genesis 1:1-5)
